Seminar Overview

Each of our workshops and seminars is designed specifically to meet the needs of your individual organization. Whether you are a large or small company, fortune 500 or non profit, our team will work with you to identify your organization’s strengths and weaknesses prior to conducting our workshops. We work with you to gather all of the details necessary to design a workshop that best meet your organization’s needs and focus. Whether your top priority is morale, productivity, wellness, employee turnover, increasing profits, or leadership, we will work with you to ensure high success rates from our program.

Our interactive workshops and lecture style seminars are all available at different lengths. A typical workshop can take place within anywhere from 3 hours, to one full week, working with as large or as small of a group as desired. Also available are longer term packages tailored to create deep structural and cultural change within your organization. Depending upon the depth of material and degree of change you would like to create within your organization, we will tailor your program to meet your desired time frame.

As a compliment to our workshop programs we also offer coaching sessions to solidify skills learned in our workshops. Our coaching is an excellent way to ensure that your staff gets the most out of what is learned in the workshop, and is fully able to apply the material and understanding to the workplace, leadership, or personal lives.
