In addition to our workshops and seminars, Emerge also offers creativity leadership, and artist coaching. Coaching is available as an additional component to workshop packages or alone as a separate package. Our rates vary depending upon time length and frequency of desired sessions, as well as the total number of people with whom you would like for our coaches to work. Though the topics of coaching tend to vary depending upon an individual’s needs, our most common focus is creativity and leadership. In a similar fashion to our workshops, the categories of creativity and leadership can also be applied to profit increase, wellness, productivity, diversity training, communication or morale.

What is coaching?

Our coaches work with individuals to guide them through a process of change or transition. These transitions can be as minute as a couple of simple personality changes, and as extreme as a company merger or acquisition. Our coaches work one on one with individuals to identify, facilitate, and maintain accountability for whatever it is that the individual is working toward. Coaching is a great way to ensure success in the workplace, a well as in one’s personal life.

Who do we coach?

Coaching is available on an individual basis, and as a supplement to a workshop or workshop package. For individuals, coaching can benefit anyone looking to dedicate themselves further to self development. Our coaching, though with the tendency toward enhancement of creative development, can also assist  those with a focus on leadership, authenticity, wellness, productivity, or overall happiness.

When providing coaching as a supplement to our workshops, we often find that our clients prefer for us to work specifically with leadership teams. However, coaching is also available to anyone within an organization that you feel can benefit from further guidance (ie. unmotivated staff, those with personality conflicts, staff with chronic absenteeism, etc).
