Creativity and Teambuilding

Community is present in everything we do. Each workplace has community, even if it is virtual community within a Web 2.0 world. managing our relationships with community is easier said than done – with multiple communication streams, diverse personality styles, and differing intentions – it isn’t always easy to be part of a larger community and still be a whole person. At Emerge we believe this is possible through the use of creative context. We will teach you or your organization how to build community, whether you are a small team or a large organization. Using tools that we all possess, we will teach you how to better understand and manage the dynamics of your community.

Creative Leadership: A Course in Leading Authentically

Being a great leader is simply not the same as being a good one. But how to go from good to great, is not always so simple. At Emerge we have proven that an integral component to great leadership is creativity. A leader needs to be able to think on their feet, communicate in all environments, strategize and innovate. None of these things can be done well without creativity. Through our strategies based in authentic leadership, we work with leaders to help them identify the root of who they are and apply it to their leadership. Though not every leader will see themselves as creative, there is an innate ability to create within all of us. We teach leaders how to access this part of themselves and adapt it to their environment and leadership role. This course works well for anyone, whether in a leadership position or not, looking to improve upon their communication, strategy, resourcefulness and adaptability.
